We are proud and excited to be one of Oregon's first commercial olive orchards! There are three olive varieties in our orchard; Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki. Each Olive varietal has it's own distinct flavor and characteristics and the oil from each is truly exceptional.
Just as Oregon's wine growers bucked the critics over three decades ago and proved that Oregon can produce award winning wines, we intend to prove that Oregon grown olives can thrive and produce superior quality oil. Our goal is to provide the finest quality extra virgin olive oil at it's peak of freshness to our discerning customers.
The Willakenzie soil on our farm and local climate conditions lead to an extremely high quality of olive fruit. Olives in our climate are picked a little earlier than that of subtropical regions, thus increasing the pungency of the oil, and higher levels of antioxidants.
